Lindsey A. West's  practice areas are very diverse and include, but are not limited to: Family Law Matters, Criminal Law Matters, Real Estate Transactions and Litigation, Landlord/Tenant Matters, Business Transactions and Litigation, and Wills and Trusts Matters.

 

Ms. West received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Florida State University, and she attended law school at Florida Coastal School of Law. While in law school, Ms. West served as a legal intern to United States Magistrate Judge, Thomas E. Morris, in the Middle District of Florida and as an intern for the United States Attorney's Office.  Ms. West also served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Law Review and as a teaching assistant for Tort Law. She graduated magna cum laude and in the top 2% of her law school class of 466. Ms. West earned highest grade recipient awards in six law school classes including: Constitutional Law, Professional Responsibility, Florida Practice and Procedure, Juvenile Justice, Florida Constitutional Law, and Family Law Mediation.

 

Ms. West is a member of the Florida Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division and the American Bar Association. In her spare time, Ms. West enjoys running, golfing, and volunteering with organizations such as the American Cancer Society and the Children's Miracle Network.
